Mr. Faustin Kagaye joined this college and took a bit of a low profile due to his quiet personality. However his understanding has improved for time he has been with us. His final results are good enough. Faustin needs to improve his English and Communication Skills so as be able to pass over his good knowledge to passengers during his guiding duties.
In order to graduate in the Advanced Category, Faustin worked on a project of Photographic Commentaries and his compilation, although not many, is well written and readable because of his good handwriting. His choice of photos is excellent and the corresponding commentary good enough. This approach will make him a very good guide in delivering commentaries.
His second project was on Birds Identifications with 300 Species of Birds he can accurately identify – (minimum 300). He needs to improve his Progressive Approach and make the Bird list grow longer to prove himself a Professional Birding Guide.
His Information File has about 500 items (minimum 500) and it is well written and arranged alphabetically for easy reference during his guiding duties.
Faustin has a cool personality and a dependable gentleman. By his graduation he has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and his Performance will surely improve once he is exposed to some field experience.
