3. Comments:
Mr. Joel Siao joined this college with an advantage of having been exposed to the tourism industry and also as Porter and Camp Crew up Mt. Kilimanjaro. He also worked with his sponsors at a research project on the Kili Snows - a project that seems to motivate him a great deal. He has written an article on the Kili Snows and ut will be published soon in this blog. He likes very much this job and displays good hope for his future. His competence and experiences both helps him to take the course seriously and guarantees him success. During the early days at college, he experienced some difficulties but as time went he found his place and he is now comfortable with the pace and demands of the course. Joel is a mature person and does his tasks with an air of a mature person. This is going to make him a dependable employee.
