Comments:
Mr. Frank William Mollel joined this college with an advantage of having worked in the tourism industry as a hotelier and thus having been exposed to the demands of tourists.
He worked hard from beginning and gained a lot of knowledge and confidence as time went on.
Frank is remarkably good when it comes to outdoor organization and activities.
This is a very important skill for a professional tour guide.
While at PROTS, Frank organized several Field Trips for students and they were a great success.
The best example being the Selous game reserve trip.
He also accumulated more exposure when he traveled around Tanzania including Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, Rubondo and Zanzibar.
In order to graduate in an advanced level, Frank worked on a project on TANZANIA NATIONAL PARKS.
His compilation needs more inputs and we believe he will keep on working on it as it has very good foundation and format.
Frank loves birds and his second project was on Birds Identifications with
319 Species of Birds he can accurately identify – (minimum 300) He has potential of adding a lot more on the list so as to prove himself a potential Birding Guide.
His Information File has about 502 items and it is well arranged for easy reference for an informative guide.
Frank is a gentleman with very good interpersonal skills. Many people would love working in the company of him. He is also a dependable person.
By his graduation he has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Performance. We highly recommend him.
