Comments: Miss Agnes Mukasa joined this college with an advantage of having seen many of her family members who studies here at PROTS doing great in Professional Tour Guiding. She learnt from them and she got a lot of supervision and encouragement. This gave her a lot of energy and compensated her low entry points.
Agnes worked through the course and spent enough time to acquire knowledge and confidence. This is revealed in her Special DVD Recording that she did just before graduation. Agnes needs to work hard on her Spoken English so as to pass over her good knowledge with easy.
While at PROTS, in order to graduate in an advanced level, Agnes worked on a project known as Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Her compilation is good although not a very comprehensive research but this has shown just how competent she can be when given assignments.
Her second project was on Birds Identifications with 306 Species of Birds she can accurately identify – (minimum 300).
She also worked on collecting general information and her Information File has about 500 items and it is well arranged for easy reference for an informative guide. This will make her guiding educational and informative. Agnes’ social skills and group dynamics have improved a great deal while at PROTS and many people would like to work with her.
By her graduation she has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and her Performance will improve as she gets field exposure.
