Comments: Ismail M. Gwaje started this course with this an advantage of being a mature person and this will to his advantage during his guiding duties. Ismail is a dependable person and can be trusted with important tasks.
Also by the time of graduation he has collected plenty of information and knowledge to become an informative guide. With the knowledge and skills he has collected we encourage him to work more on his communication skills, esp. Spoken English and talk more as he has enough materials to talk about. His motivation and enthusiasm can work to his advantage.
While at PROTS he worked on the project for collecting information and his Information File has a good number of important items on General Information esp. on dealing with emergencies during outdoor leadership. His compilation has 302 items (minimum 500). He still needs to add more items to surpass the minimum set.
He also worked on his project on Birds Identification and he can correctly identify more than 220 Species of Birds (min 300). Here, too, he needs to add more species to meet the minimum target. With his diligence we are certain he will achieve success as he gets more field exposure.
By his graduation he has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Performance.
