Mr. Ismael Saimalie Mollel joined this college with an advantage of being a mature person and thus having been exposed to the demands of maturity.
This is a very essential quality in tour guiding duties. He worked hard from beginning and gained a lot of knowledge and confidence as time went on. Ismael is remarkably good when it comes to providing information another important skill for a professional tour guide.
While at PROTS, in order to graduate in an advanced level, Ismael worked on a project known as Photographic Commentary which entailed him to collect Wildlife Photographs and writing the corresponding commentaries. This has polished his knowledge in the process. Ismael’s second project was on Birds Identifications with 500 Species of Birds he can accurately identify – (minimum 300) This is a record and this makes him a potential Birding Guide. His Information File has about 503 items and it is well arranged for easy reference for an informative guide. This will make his trips very educational and informative. His leadership Skills were proved during Field Trips with fellow students. By his graduation he has attained enough
Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Performance. We highly recommend him.
