3. Comments:
Mr. Cliff Zacharia joined this college with a firm intention t succeed.  he had already worked in the tourism services industry and knew what he wanted and what it takes to become a Professional Tour Guide.  He therefore worked hard right from the beginning and his ability was proved as time went on.  Cliff is a self-starter and was among the first pioneers in our Competence-Based Training through Recording Photographic Commentaries.  He did several good recordings. In order to graduate in the Advanced Category, Cliff worked on a project of Tanzania National Parks & Ngorongoro conservation Area.  This required him to compile various information and he made a great job of it. Cliff is bird lover and his second project was on Birds Identifications with 325 Species of Birds he can accurately identify - (minimum 300). This proves he has potential for becoming a Professional Birding Guide.  His Information File has about 515items (minimum 500) and it is well written and arranged alphabetically for easy reference during his guiding duties.  This makes him an informative guide.  Cliff has an active and outgoing personality and good sense of humor that makes him a good choice for people to work with.  By his graduation he has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Performance.  We highly recommended him.
