Comments: Mr. Joel Joseph Negga joined this college with an intention to succeed. He worked hard right from the beginning and gained a lot of knowledge and confidence as time went on. He had one main advantage of having graduated from Secondary School recently and was therefore still having the momentum of study in his mind and body system. His understanding of English made his understanding much easier. Joel was very active in class and his contributions benefited the entire class. Actually he was like our class encyclopedia by quickly telling us where what was. This means he has ability to communicate and volunteer information.

In order to graduate in an advanced level, Joel worked very hard on two projects:- Photographic Commentaries and Documentary Hi-Lites – the first of its kind. The first project required him to collect different information about Wildlife Photographs and research corresponding Commentaries. The second project required him to watch different Wildlife Documentaries and quote the best commentaries. Both projects equipped him with good knowledge he might offer when he encounters any sighting during his guiding duties. The projects, too proved just how hard working and dependable he is. No wonder Joel did a lot odd-jobs and assignments during his stay without any complain or hesitation.

Joel is a great fun of birds and his second project was on Birds Identifications graduating with 504 Species of Birds he can accurately identify – (minimum 300) He has potential of becoming a potential Birding Guide.

His Information File has 526 items (minimum 500) and it is well indexed and alphabetically arranged for easy reference and this makes him an informative guide.

Joel has a simple outgoing personality and this makes him a good choice for many people. By his graduation he has attained enough Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Performance. We highly recommend him.
